The deluxe king studio had a microwave, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment, facilities worked for us. The staff was very amiable and always greeted us. Our location was convenient and absolutely perfect in the middle of jackson. Also, a public library was 2 miles away.

The check-in process needs clarity!!! GPS led us in circles, getting to the lobby might throw you off!!! Automatic bathroom light activation is annoying!!! The TV didn't work, a disappointment!!!

The hospitality at Bears Ears Inn was really good, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, including delicious eggs, sausage, and waffles with a great start to my day. The pool was also a highlight, large and well-maintained, offering a refreshing way to unwind.
The exterior could benefit from an update.

The Beautiful Queen Studio was impressively updated, offering comfort and inviting decor that was awesome. The breakfast selection included delicious homemade local products, and the friendly staff ensured a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. One minor annoyance was the difficulty in finding the ice machine, and although the parking situation was manageable, it could get busy. Clearer directions for check-in would enhance the guest experience.
